Looking for HTC TP2 CAB

Newbie here to the forum. I was told to download a settings and Icon CAB for my phone, but dont know where to find it? HELP. I need to be able to put my phone in extended network mode, and was told this CAB would help. My old phone, LG ENvTouch could be programmed to go to extended network/cell only mode. HELP?
