Help with default browser

When i press the manila browser tab, it takes me to internet explorer. How do i get it back to opera. it changed after the 6.5 update

instead of opera mini go to opera mobile and find the .exe for that program.don't forget the quotes!

Thanks this partially helped me. I put the file location in the HKCR section. It opens up with my homepage and a blank page for some reason but i can deal with that i guess
