Outlook 2007 Error -plus minor issue-

I searched around a little bit and didn't find too much on my issue. I'm getting an error every time I sync my phone with Outlook, or just the computer.

Which is included in the pic below. May have to zoom in to read it clearly.

Also, I'm wondering how you can go about pics looking right in TF, I'm running stock right now, but I assume it would be similar in any rom. (The favorite section mainly.)
Say if you add a pic to a contact from your computer (in Outlook 2007), it will be slightly distorted, varying from pic to pic (on the phone).

Found this thread here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...hlight=outlook, but it didn't tell me too much other then it may not be possible. I figured if anything I could use the same pics, but putting them on the contacts through the phone interface.

If anyone can give me any insight on this, it would be greatly appreciated.
