Re: Anyone familiar with Verizon Insurance policy?
If you have more than 3 replacements in 3 months then Verizon will give you a different phone. Hopefully you are not paying for the other replacements you have gotten. Nothing other than a lost of physically damaged phone should go through assurion. All warranty replacements are free through Verizon if you have insurance

Re: Anyone familiar with Verizon Insurance policy?
All my replacements have been given to me free of charge, but they have all been faulty. What if it has been more than 3 months? Do they still honor it if it has been more than 3 replacements?

Re: Anyone familiar with Verizon Insurance policy?
You have to have 3 replacements in 90 days. I doubt you will get them to budge on that. What has been wrong with your phone so many times. Verizon replacements are normally great, all mine have been at least.

Original phone had a faulty microphone. Replacement had the oily screen/rainbow banding issue. Current phone has multiple dead pixels, at least 5.

Re: Anyone familiar with Verizon Insurance policy?
I honestly don't understand why you want to get rid of the phone for issues like that. And only 3 issues since October isn't horrible. TP and mogul users had so many more issues and still keep their phone. You arn't going to find anything much better than the TP2, but these are my opinions.
