Problem syncing outlook contacts with htc touch pro 2

I recently had to do a hard reset on my my sprint HTC touch pro 2. When I tried to sync the contacts from outlook 2007 only about half of them ended up on my phone. Most of those were from the letters a-h. I do have about 3000 contacts, but before the hard reset they were all on my phone. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

outlook sucks this is whyi use a web based contact backup like micro myphone or dashwire. I never have problem with them. The only problem now is you need to get all 3000 on ur phone to save them to one of those site hehe

Sometimes outlook does behave erratic. Try clear storage again and then start with activesync again. In most situation it should resolve it.
