Re: Help to uninstall SPB Pocket Plus 4!!!

I have used Pocket plus 4 many times and had no problems un-installing it.

Does the program still show up on the today screen or is it just still in the add/remove programs list?

You might also look at MemMaid. Also, may it not be installed but still showing up in SPB Shell? I believe SPB Shell needs to have the shortcuts manually removed.

I believe you are right. It is the shortcuts showing up still on SPB Shell and when I click on "Show Today" ( bottom right on the main/home SPB Shell Page)it is the Pocket Plus Today screen that pops up.

At first, despite after using "Remove Program" (settings>remove program), and soft resetting, SPB Pocket Plus would reappear again on the list under "Remove Program". I managed to get rid of that after following instructions to manually remove it from the SPB forum.

So now it is just those short cuts left.

I can live with that. Do not want to hard reset although I did do a backup right before installing Pocket Plus. Will only hard reset if this program makes my phone slow or hangs.
