Re: Whats the best FM Transmitter?
I bought one at Radio Shack a couple weeks ago...it doesn't plug into the mini-usb port, though, but the 3.5mm jack, which is fine, because it's a skinny plug and I can still plug in my charger if needed. I bought the one that also works on batteries, so I can use it @ gym (or wherever). Think I gave $30 or so for it...?

Re: Whats the best FM Transmitter?
I hope you have a better experience with yours, but I've been disappointed with the Sprint TP2 <-> Moto T505 setup.
I had the T505 starting with my Sprint Touch then my Sprint Touch Pro. Both of these phones worked flawlessly and the T505 controlled play/pause, next, previous, answering calls, etc. However, it appears because of the TP2 having a different bluetooth chip, it does not support everything and it really only plays the audio through the stereo and the buttons do not work at all or do not work correctly... Re: Whats the best FM Transmitter?
I bought one off of ebay a long time ago for really cheap, it's probably the older version of this one. seemed to work better than any $50 transmistter
http://cgi.ebay.com/USB-215-Channel-...item563945a18f I used to drive long distances for work, and on the long trips the pnly way I could keep from falling asleep was watchin family guy on my PSP. More like listening and glancing every once in a while, even if I had seen the show before. I bought the belkin one at walmart that looks just like this one and it worked half as good as this one. Whatever one you buy, make sure that it has all the frequencies, not just 87-91 or whatever Quote:
I'm trying to find reviews on these new ones that have little LCD screens on them or one of the bluetooth transmitters. http://cgi.ebay.com/1-8-LCD-CAR-MP4-...item2c532c1234 So far it seems like people have trouble uploading music and playing it, but I'd only use it for fm transmitting. |

Re: Whats the best FM Transmitter?
I have this
http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.10130 It's only $6.50 and works great. It will play mp3 off a SD card or USB thumb drive. There is an included cable that lets you plug into the TP2 headphone jack. It's short so I gave you a link for a cheap extender. These players are great and they are VERY STRONG. Only thing is sometimes you get a bad one and you need to email them and they will send you a new one. This thing is so strong that when I follow my wife in a different car and tune into the station it is broadcasting. I can actually hear what she is listening to pretty clearly. I been using this for Slacker and Kinoma Free Play and it works great. Also they ship from Hong Kong so it takes like 2-3 weeks to get it. For Dual charging get this. http://cgi.ebay.com/2-Way-Splitter-l...item2c5300b9f7 For an extension for the 3.5mm jack get this. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:IT |
