Wireless activesync not working

Sync works swell via USB. I get Support Code: 0x80072EFD when I try to do it wirelessly, the connection wheel just spins and spins, I have to manually stop it. The USB sync is via my workstation. I don't know if the server has Exchange Activesync or not (SBS 2003). I can hit my outlook exchange via remote desktop, but I'm old and my arms are too short if you know what I mean.

I'd like to get this to work, any help would be appreciated.

Alright then. I guess the next questions sums it up as to where I may be offbase.

If I can sync Outlook Exchange while linked up via USB, should I automatically be able to do it wirelessly, when unconnected, by on the device going to "activesync" and pressing "sync"?

If this isn't the case then I need to do what? Just a nudge for the n00b in the right direction please?
