*Gasp* When the stock update is SO close?! I'd flash some custom stuff and and wait until at least the stock update comes out. There are rumors of Sprint adding a little extra on their update, so you might be pleasantly surprised. Though, Android... If they let me have it on my SERO, I'd probably go for it.

flashing just requires some reading. it is not hard. unlocking the phone is step by step. you download a program and run it while you have the phone connected to your computer through active sync. many of the roms flash the same way. if they don't then most of the others you just have to use 7zip to unzip a file you download from the forum and then copy the file onto your storage card.
i did 3 roms my first night playing with it.

by the way, i like mal's ROM much better than formula's. spb mobile shell isn't cooked in, but i have much more avail memory with mal's than with formula's. with mobile shell on i'm avg'ing about 80-90 free mb. downloaded the 6.5.3 rom without sense.

$20 says that you will see a minimum 8% improvement of available ram in Formula's next rom release. I'm not shitting.

i hope so, because the current one, skyfire froze it up everytime. everything else was o.k. but only 40-50k free ROM. alot of eye candy in the customized mobile shell, but some serious memory usage. i'm getting 80-90mg free now so i'm happy for the moment.

Mal does have a good rom. So just so I do understand so that I give accurate info, which counts as RAM/ROM? Using Formula's rom under the memory icon in settings, I have 110mb in storage on the device and about 70mb in Programs thats on the device as well. If we are using both thats 180mb total free space. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
