Gettin' bored with my TP2. Should I trade for Samsung Moment plus cash??

I had the TP2 since it came out, I am too nervous to flash winmo 6.5 and just not TOO impressed with it no more. I was swooned by it when I first got it.... now I'm kinda over it... I been lookin into the Samsung moment and I'm thinkin more and more about trading my TP2 for the Moment plus cash.... I got an offer today for my TP2 for a Moment + $100... What you guys think?

Do what you want. Why would you come on here asking for other people's opinions on what you should do? If you are bored with the phone, move on. This isn't like a club or something. Posts like this do nothing but cloud up the forum with useless junk for the rest of us that ARE still interested in the phone.

i say flash a rom before you make your decision. it's pretty difficult to brick it beyond repair.

I second flashing a custom ROM. The day I got my TP2 I flashed to Energy Rom Leo. I had to flash back to stock to take the unit in and it was like black and white. I will never go back to stock.

I was nervous at first, but it is hard to brick these things. After your first flash or two, it will be like riding a bike.

Flashing customs is a bunch of fun. It turns into a bit of a hobby (hence this forum). It depends on how much you are into messing around with your phone, but I enjoy it!

just to add on what strra said, not all roms out there for the tp2 are running 6.5 if you dont want that particular version. there are cooked roms on with the 6.1.

more apps, bigger processor, winmo is on its last legs unless u got a capaticive screen, tp2 runs outta mem after 10 .cabs, moments got an amoled display....etc.etc.etc.
its a pretty sweet device 1.6 vs. 2.1 doesnt change the UI so i wouldnt really care about that either.

Nope. No Android on SERO.

the only reason i wouldnt is because of the required plan change i wouldve needed...$40/month is a bit steep. if it would work on my current plan i would try a moment good luck.
