sms send options

just recently flashed to an NRG rom, but i've had this prob for sometime, and it's just annoying... when i select a pic to send, the options it gives me are:
sms/mms (but it's greyed out)
voicemail
picture mail
picture message
video message
gmail
is there a way to remove vid, voice, and one of the pic mails?
also, after i choose one of those, the "to" box always has a "@;" that i have to remove before i send my msm, is there a way to remove that?

oh, the cabs i used after flashing were
CMYLXGOs rhod sms app disable, and the sprint sms fix.
