Verizon Customer Service Help!!!
Verizon is a great company and they are very helpful. All TP2s have a one year manufactures guarantee...I had an issue with my phone that I bough in october. The headphone jack would not come off of the taskbar. I told VZW the problem told them that i tried to reflash and hard/soft reset. They immediately decided to send me a new phone and all I have to do is to send my old one in, in ten days. So basically if someone that didnt have my same issue but still saw it prudent to have a shiny new TP2 every four or six months this might be your ticket...
The issue I had was that the headphone jack was being recognized as if the headphone was in the headphone jack. Tell them this and you might just get an early xmas gift in the mail next day mail.
