Battery Problem Please help

When my battery is charging it stays at w/e percentage it was before I started charging it. Example: It was at 60%, I start charging. Hour later, still at 60%.
But when I remove the usb or check the battery status, it says the actual percentage it's at. IE 100%. Is their any fix for this? It's really bugging me.

Are you on stock Tmo? I would try the 1% increment driver, if not an HR maybe in store for ya.look in the stickies for the 1%

I'm using a custom rom, and I am using the 1% increment. Still is doing it. And thanks lol.

could it be a bad flash, what ROM u using?

I fixed it. I uninstalled the %1 thing and soft resetted. Never thought a fix removal could be the cure.
