Problem trying to Unlock Phone

I have read the instructions and everything but having a tough time unlocking my TP2. I have downloaded the most recent HSPL Unlocker and followed all steps phone can sync with no problem. After running the program everything seems to be going right screen goes black and sits there for a few minutes it doesn't go into the next mode and stays stuck I click ok on the program and on the Current information about your PDA Phone screen it says nothing under Image Version here a screen shot just so you know where I am

any help is appreciated.

just click on update
