Windows 6.5 Program Memory problem

Hello, I just updated my Verizon TP2 to windows 6.5. Now the phone freezes and if I try to put a new appt in my calendar, it tells me that there is not enough Program memory to add it. When I check my memory, there is less than 20mb free program memory, but I am not running any programs and nothing shows in the tasks as running. My phone is telling me that nothing is running, but I do not have enough memory to do anything. If anyone else is having this problem or knows how to fix it, please let me know. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
-Jason

Re: Windows 6.5 Program Memory problem

Tried it, didn't work, still doing the same thing. It was using less memory when I first did the reset, but once I restored from backup, it started again.

if it worked fine before you restored your backup, what does that tell ya? also, how did you do the hard reset? and what method are you using for backups?

Re: Windows 6.5 Program Memory problem

I did the clear memory reset though the system settings, I used SBC backup. It was obviously changed when I did the restore, but it tells me nothing other than it started when i did the restore. If I had a choice, I would not do the restore, but all of my info is on the restore, so I don't have a choice. I don't know if it is just a setting that needs to be changed or what is causing it because the system tasks show that nothing is running yet I have no program memory...Can you give me an idea of how much program memory should be available with nothing running because even after the hard reset it was around 60mb which still seems very low with 180+mb available. Thanks

i cant remember how much free memory was available on the stock rom. On my current custom rom i have 80. 60 might be about right for the stock rom.
