The original cab I posted still works fine. I just flashed a new rom this morning, after some other installations I launched MobiTv and its still working fine. I have even installed it on old devices( http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=116641 )and it works.

Follow all prompts until it asks you to upgrade DONT, and just exit out. Try it again, it usually works by the 2nd or 3rd try. Finally if that doesn't work, soft reset and relaunch. Im 99% sure, without a doubt it should work, as soon as you get prompted to start your trial period hit yes, or whatever the prompt is like "I agree".

Once you get into your trial period your good to go on your TP2. You can install it on your storage card too. JUST DON'T UPGRADE.

The upgrade was intended for the HD2 and in turn to prevent non HD2 users from using the free trial. It (upgrade cab) can only be installed on the Device, and knows if its an HD2 or not, additionaly it knows how many days you have left on your HD2 of trial period.

This should help you get on your way, I also posted the cab here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...55#post1648755

Re: Official Favorite cabs Thread

I tried searching but cant come up with anything. Does anyone have a working 'in-call recording' cab for the sprint 6.5?

I tried the original 6.1 but it didnt do anything even though it said it installed.

Re: Official Favorite cabs Thread

Here ya go..
Install to main memory, SOFT RESET. While your in a phone call just hit menu and RECORD, thats it. Your recorded call will be found in My Documents/Notes by default. Other options can be found in the program such as save to locations and automatic recording. And this one does record BOTH sides clearly!
Enjoy!!

I am 99.9% sure this is not compatible with the qualcomm chipset in the TP2 and was designed for the TP. Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think it will do anything useful. (Confirmed it does not work with additional research.)

TP2 overclocking is possible in an Android boot by editing the startup.txt, but that is the only successful overclocking I have seen on the TP2. Not much headway that I know of for WinMo.

Re: Official Favorite cabs Thread

Ever create a theme you thought was excellent for your device, but to your dismay you can’t change the text of the font or the color of the task bar or command bar?
With Max TTM you can, among other things! For now were just going to focus on 3 things; (1) Command bar text (2) Task bar Text, and (3) command bar and text bar color.

Note: I did not create this nifty little app, nor am I taking credit for it, if you wish to find out more about the creator of the app or other opinions regarding this app here is the link.

What I wish to do is bring this app to the attention of ppcgeeks.com users as well as my wonderful TP2 community in a simple way so that others may enjoy it.
I have included the screen shots to give you an understanding of what the app looks like when you are tweaking it to your liking, and what the final product may look like too.

HOW TO:
Since we are just focusing on those 3 items (text for Task bar, Command bar, and color of bars) there are only 2 tabs you must access to edit these items. The tabs in question are the 2 tabs you will see in the first 3 shots, WM6.5 Tab, and Color Tab.

WM6.5 Tab:
To change your Task bar and command bar COLORS individually go to the WM6.5 Tab. Under the Component list you can choose whether you want to edit the color of your TaskBar, SoftKeyBar, or Both. Then to get your bars to look like the ones you see in the pictures, under Change Method list choose Solid Color, finaly you can now begin to tweak your colors to your preference under the Solid Bar Color Selection. Once you have decided on 1 single color or two individual colors you can hit the Convert button and then the Trefresh soft button. Now you may exit/soft reset (you are prompted) or move on to the Color tab.

Color Tab:
To change your CommandBar Text or TaskBar Text you must click the drop down list under Theme Color and choose what function you wish to edit. Click on the Enable box to place and check in it and then you may begin to tweak your text color as you did in the last tab. When you reach a desired color hit the Activate button, and then the Trefresh soft button. Now you may exit/soft reset (you are promted), best results if you soft reset.

Now that you have an understanding for how to use the app you can tweak, edit test, to your liking. I have used this app for 3 months now with no issues. Keep in mind I only have used the 2 Tabs mentioned and the Customize Tab. Use other tabs at your own risk. I have never had any issue with this app but if you are not sure please stick to the tabs I recommended.

Finaly I recommend you install the app on your storage card. That way you can back up your likes and easily tweak your dislikes, and simply access it whenever. After you install you can search in the Programs Files> MaxTTM and read the creators notes for further info. I was once able to change all the color on the (UI Text) TP2 but I have not been able to replicate that action. I am unsure if its due to the upgrade in MS.NET 3 to 3.5 or what?
There are a few other functions within the app but again I am not sure if they all work. The point is to know that the app is simple to use and you can play with it as you desire. ENJOY!

My apologies for all the pics, I just wanted everyone to fully get a clear pic of what the app does EXACTLY.
