Ringer volume on Sprint Touch Pro2 running newest mightyrom

I have a sprint touch pro 2 running the 2-10-10 edition of mightyrom. My issue is my ringtone. I have a loud ringer set to my phone, however after the first ring it goes really soft and it is hard to hear it. Is anyone else having this issue?

Settings - Sound - Be Polite - turn it off

If that doesn't fix it then maybe look at this

Do you have the ringer set on "increasing ring" by any chance? Cause that'll do it.
