Contacts Slow WM Down Considerably

It doesn't mater which ROm I use. The amount of contacts I have, ends up slowing WM down to a piece of crap. I am adding over 8,000 business contacs to the phone. I imagine it is eating up RAM. The phone works excellent up until I add all of these full contact folders. I may have to resort to just keeping my personal contacts on the phone. It was the same way with my Touch Pro. I was hoping for a change with the Touch Pro 2. My guess is that I will have to wait until a dual core snapdragon with 2 GB of RAM is availale, for me to be able to enjoy having all my contacts on it.

yeah man 8k is a lot of friggin contacts,it is hole database I would just excel them up or list them up in an email to keep...nomsayin

with a big list of contacts like that, it would be easier to keep them online on an exchange server and have the phone look up contacts
