What exactly does your screen have on it where it says 00772? Where are you getting that number?

confirmed, it lists 00772 as the PRL Version on the HTC Incredible in NW Ohio

This PRL is edited for the HTC Touch Pro 2. I can't verify/test an Android phone. PRL formats can vary slightly.

On top of that, why do you need this PRL for the Incredible? This is the same as the one you download from *228 except I modified the roaming indicators so it can fix the voice-only network pop-up issue HTC TP2 users have! If it did load correctly on the Incredible, it would provide no benefit!

First, great job on this, hopefully a permenant fix can be found and applied to custom ROMs.

Now the issue, I am in Israel on business (from USA) and I am experiencing this extremally annoying problem. I am using the latest version of MightyRom and I recieve this notifcation approx every 15 seconds. I downloaded the newest custom PRL file from page 1, but when I attempt to update the PRL using ##775 I receive an operator message stating "not a working number." Is there a number besided ##775 to use if one is not located in the USA? Not sure if they have a number specifically for Israel or just international in general.

*EDIT ##775# worked. Error message is gone *insert exstatic smiley face*

strange problem, the prl update works fine, but now when i go into ##775 menu all i have is update prl button i lost all my other options in the ##775 menu

there are no other options when you dial ##775 (##PRL). Thats just for PRL update.
##778 is to access your EPST settings.

Thanks for this. I finally got this popup and it is extremely annoying, and this got rid of it.

PRL FIX FOR VOICE-ONLY NETWORK POP-UP

Here is my fix for the annoying Voice-Only Network pop up message that plagues Verizon custom ROM users on the HTC Touch Pro 2 when they travel outside or lose Verizon Wireless native (owned and operated) coverage. This PRL is exactly the same as the current Verizon Nationwide Plan PRL except I have disabled the Enhanced Roaming Indicator (ERI) so no "Extended Network" or "Roaming" is displayed. I will keep it updated as new PRLs are released by Verizon.

I have found that the following registry mod eliminates the pop-up using the standard prl.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\VoiceOnly]
"DisableUI"=dword:00000001
