6.5 update help

Sorry if this is already posted somewhere but I'm trying to get the 6.5 update on my phone from pcd and I'm not sure how to do it. If anyone could tell me the right procedure to do this I would greatly appreciate it

the download includes a HOW TO word document that will give you a detailed step by step on how to do it. here's the cliff notes.
download the update to your desktop. connect usb cable to phone and computer, establishing an activesync connection. then double click on the update.
