email attachment problem

I updated to Mighty ROM and now have an email issue. Not sure if its with Mighty or with mail server set up somewhere. So, most attachments comes in fine however, when I get a fax sent to my email, the attached .pdf does not come with the mail even though the email itself shows a paperclip for an attachment. what am I missing in terms of finding or opening this .pdf attachment.

Thanks.

Re: email attachment problem

In your Activesync options do you have it specified to "include file attachments" and that the size does not exceed any limit you specified in the settings?

Re: email attachment problem

yes. every attachment comes in fine except attachments from MYFAX.com. the email icon on the inbox indicates that there is an attachment along with the email (and its always in .pdf format) but when I open the email, there is no link for attachment to open it with. make sense??

Re: email attachment problem

further to this, the email comes into my desktop computer with the attachment and the link to open the PDF file. its only when it comes to the phone that the active link is missing.

Yes your issue description does make sense. I'm also running MightyROM, although I don't use myfax.com, I don't have any issues whatsoever with .pdf email attachments as they all open just fine in Adobe Reader LE on my phone.
