Change outlook default "snooze" duration

I don't like that snooze on a appointment only lasts a few minutes. The 15 minute reminder alerts me to prepare for the meeting. The next alarm I want is right at the exact time. On my phone I have to hit snooze like 3 times. is there a way to make the snooze at 0 minutes from appointment? I'm using SPB Mobile Shell, but I assume the reminder is in outlook.
