Where can I find Beginer's Guide to ROMS, etc?

As a newbie here on the forums as well as to the TP2, can someone help me out as to how to get up to speed with ROMS and the potential that the TP2 has? I've never messed with this stuff.
There must be a sticky on "ROMS/builds 101", but I can't see it.
