More call option cab

i did a search regarding this but its just giving me tons of results and ive looked at a whole bunch of posts that has nothing to do with the cab, but showing in search because of the key words in the search.

can someone please explain to me what the cab does...and if it can be used on stock rom?

just guessing...but check settings/personal/phone/cdma networks...look at all the options, then install cab to see if it gave you more options...?
