Am I the only one here getting to the point of frustration over the multiple versions of this and that floating around out there? There's what... 3 or 4 different versions of Sense 2.1... 2 or 3 of 2.5....then on top of that there's 6.5, 6.5.3. 6.5.godknowswhat. This is getting out of hand. Now whenever I install something, it either breaks Sense, or breaks my phone. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for user-customization (yea... take that cryPhone) but good lord, it's a headache now when you look for a cab that simply puts the wallpaper on all the tabs of Sense. Other than that (what seems to be worthless) Windows Mobile 7 coming out, I have no idea how to fix this problem, other than taking votes on what we will use from here on out. I dunno, maybe I just need to go back to making my own roms. I appreciate all the cooks out there, but there is just way too much going on right now. Prime example: I installed a clock for 2.1 while on MMrom, and it cut off all sound. Awesome. Almost makes me wanna make a mad run for the nearest android phone. /rant

I can understand your frustration, as I too have been upset about this at times. But I just have to remind myself that these ROMs are made for the creators of them, and they are gracious enough to release them to the public for us to enjoy. It is extremely difficult and time consuming to go through each one to find what I do and do not like. But I'm eternally grateful that they put so much time into what they do, then release it to the wild for us to enjoy.
