Re: loading contacts from MS myphone
I'm not sure if you're saying u deleted them from the actual phone or from the MyPhone account. If it's from the MyPhone account, you may be SOL unless you have them synced w/Outlook (ActiveSync). If they were deleted from you're phone, just run the Microsoft My Phone app, hit sync, make sure the contacts box is checked and you're good.

Re: loading contacts from MS myphone
did you check the trash on the MyPhone website? I've monkeyed with stuff and luckily found the stuff in the trash. I just restored it and was back in business.

Re: loading contacts from MS myphone
i got them back just had to jump through some hoops. When I flashed my rom and tried to sync it synced to a blank phone. I ended up using a corupted SPB backup file and just doingthe contacts.
I played with it a bunch last night and found a restore. You have to check them and then they will go to the phone Chris |

Re: loading contacts from MS myphone
Copy the PIM from My Device to your micro SD card on your old phone. Put that mirco SD card in your new phone. In your My Device folder, Rename the existing PIM to another name (i.e. PIMO). Copy the PIM from your micro SD card and Paste it in the My Device folder. Reboot your phone! Contacts, Call History, Calender, and Favorites will be restored.

Re: loading contacts from MS myphone
FYI, when you do a hard reset, as long as you restore with MyPhone before you sync, you shouldn't have any problems at all getting the data from myphone...
I've also found that it is a pain to restore when you sync contacts to exchange and myphone. |

Also, there is an Archive section on the MyPhone website. This makes it next to impossible to remove all your contacts. |
