my bluetooth headset wont connect and i have no idea why. the device requires that it discovers the device and the phone is in discoverable mode. it just wont connect. i just got this replacement phone and it worked on my phone before this, could the replacement have broken bluetooth?? thanks

Are you putting your headset into pairing mode? Most headsets have to be manually put into the mode that allows devices to pick them up to connect. Usually have to press certain buttons to get it into the mode and it will light up a certain way to let you know its in pairing mode. Once it is, search for devices on the phone and it should pick and ask for the pin which is 0000
