Ring + Vibrate

I know you can enable vibrate on individual notifications, but how come when you turn the volume up it doesn't let you hit vibrate on THAT screen? if you click vibrate it turns the volume all the way down.

Anyone who has ever used a cell phone knows it's supposed to go from silence all to vibrate to quiet to loud to loud + vibrate.
It goes to reason that if you want the ringer all the way up you may not be able to hear it, so you probably want to feel it.

On that note the vibrate on SMS setting vibrates so shortly that I cannot feel it.

Re: Ring + Vibrate

There are additional sound/ringer/vibrate options in the settings menu. Go to start>settings>sounds and notifications (6.5) or >personal>sounds and notifications(6.1- I think... haven't used 6.1 for awhile) and change the criteria for a phone call. You can set it to ring, vibrate, or both.
