How do you post cab files in a new thread???

Will somebody explain to me how to post cab files in a new thread because i found out how to get MMS working correctly with Manila 2.5 but dont know how to post the cabs on the thread so i can help other people.

scroll down to where it says manage attachments? click that. Though Im pretty sure that fix has been posted already,, as most chefs have it in their ROMs
