Can't Stream SiriusXM

I prepaid last year for a year. I got an email saying online listening was not going to be free anymore with a subscription but if I prepaid this certain amount it would be. I prepaid and then last week mine went out and I looked up my account and they had charged me for another year and it said the same name as last year so I called andhe said oh I'll fix it and now I can listen online again.. I love it! And this new version on my phone is great. Thanks goes to who made it! Rose
