CERegEdit - Saving Entire Registry

I am trying to use this registry editor to save and compare registry files, but I am having no luck saving my registry file. There are options under File to Save and Save As..., and also Export and Export As... under Edit. Well, the export options seem to be for individual keys, so I don't want that. I want to save the entire registry. When I choose Save or Save As..., nothing happens. I mean nothing. The program doesn't hang or anything, but nothing seems to happen.

I tried unlocking the registry, but that didn't fix it. I'm on Win7x64 and running as Administrator. Any ideas?

I think the best you can hope for is to dump each hive separately. (HKLM, HKCU, etc). Just select to export to the very end.
