man today was wild so i dropped my phone and went online and got a new one with verizons insurance plan ,and did everything online and then call them today and tried to get a tracking number for my phone and they were like your claim was not done then they said my card didnt clear. then i was ok lets try it again and then right when i get off the phone the UPS guy is at the door with my new phone ,and then i call them back right away and tell them can i get a credit back on the card they were like no just wait till the new phone comes and send it back to us i was like just credit my card back. but noooo i have to send back the phone to them for the credit back .man didnt know that it was such a hassle for the new phone. so pretty much its like i paid twice
