how to hard reset/touch flo wont load up

i have the touch pro 2 sprint stock rom with a bunch of add on. my problem, is that the touch flo wont load up and i cant seem to do a hard reset i tried the red button no luck. tried the send/end button and power it just ask to cut the phone off. im also not able to get to the clear storage either. when i remove the battery it all loads up fine its just that once it finishes touch flo never loads up and i cant get to anything in settings or start menu. any help is greatly appreciated!!

bro, you gotta do the Send, End and Power button with the phone off. Take the battery out, then put it back in. hold the send and end key and while holding them down hold down the power button. Your phone will come back on and follow the instructions to set it back to factory default settings.

thanks man worked like a charm didn't know the phone had to be off just thought like cutting the screen off. i was reading the manual and was like what the **** they talking bout thanks a bunch.
