was wondering if anyone of use this program and is it worth the download ?????

I used to use it on my berry and personally, I didn't much care for it. There were just too many points of interest in my area and the areas I mainly drive in. Plus I already pretty much know the places the cops hide, red light cameras, etc. So as you can probably tell I don't drive around much. If you drive enough around to use it and can keep up the # of items (might be a lot) then I can see it being useful for sure.
