how to hard reset/touch flo wont load up

i have the touch pro 2 sprint stock rom with a bunch of add on. my problem, is that the touch flo wont load up and i cant seem to do a hard reset i tried the red button no luck. tried the send/end button and power it just ask to cut the phone off. im also not able to get to the clear storage either. when i remove the battery it all loads up fine its just that once it finishes touch flo never loads up and i cant get to anything in settings or start menu. any help is greatly appreciated!!
