Cant Unlock Sprint TP2

This has been a thorn at my side for many weeks now. I finally decided to unlock my phone after seeing the rom community produce mature builds but ive run into the worst of luck and cant even unlock the phone. Regardless of the cable or computer I try i cannot unlock via PC using any version of the HardSPL unlocker. I get the 262 error with the loader at 0% that you normally would see if you tried to flash a rom with a locked phone but this is happening with the unlocker! Ive tried using common trouble shooting methods including leaving the microSD card out but still to no avail. I have also tried hard resetting via clear storage AND button combos to see if that would work and still nada. FWIW The first time i tried using the unlocker it claimed I already unlocked a device and that there could be an error.

I know you'll probably get some help here, but have you opened a ticket on the hard spl site yet? You'll need that for the already-unlocked-device error

Really don't want to assume...but is your M$ device center recognizing the phone when you attach your usb cable?

have you put it into bootloader and see if indeed the HSPL took??

I'm guessing that you've tried to flash and can't right?...have you tried to flash in bootloader?

I havnt been able to unlock YET so i cant post it where you suggest and yes the device is recognized fine in WMDC and Activesync since I have a Win7 and winXP machine.
