Re: Turn off G-Sensor COMPLETELY?

IIRC, there's a Windows service that communicates with the G-Sensor when it is launched. You may be able to disable it using a services editor (or via the registry) and that may effectively disable it on a lower level. I'll have to check when I get home though.

That is all that this cab does:

as ,long as this post was started can someone maybe elaborate on what they use the g sensor for? i agree all its done is drive me crazy but id love to know the upside to it

games, auto-rotation of: apps/ web browser/ manila/sense, call ringer decreasing when device is picked up, ummm theres more but theres 3 things that are pretty commonly used in conjunction with the g-sensor.. its the same as an accelrometer.. just named differntly

example - diasbling this means the game Teeter will no longer work.. help understand the function of g-sensor a little better??? think 6 axis controlers on ps3 - except its only 3axis on TP2 i believe.. i know EPIC is 6axis though i believe
