Windows Mobile on-device answering machine?

Does anyone know of any other products that let you record your voicemails locally, and listen in while people leave a message?

I suppose you could just say Beep! I'm not here right now, please leave a message! and see if they fall for it.

Bit more than I want to spend though.

This feature came with all my basic Sanyo phones, they called it "Call Screening"
