Errors on Windows Mobile Marketplace and My Phone!

I have come across a few annoyances in these two applications recently.

Windows Mobile Marketplace:
1.) When I attempt to log in with my Windows Live ID, Marketplace is telling me that 'My ID has been used on to many phones. Please exit and log in with a different account.' ANNOYING! Does anybody know how to reset the number of times my account has been used on my different phones?

Microsoft My Phone:
1.) No matter which ROM I am using, whenever I attempt to log in using my Windows Live ID, and I press 'Sign In', an error shows up saying 'Unable to connect to My Phone service.' And the only option is to press 'Back'.


What possibly could be going on with these two programs!? It's really becoming ridiculous.
