N/P bro, hope you got it straightened out, it's bad enough you have to send it in for warranty work, you don't need to be dealing with no attitudes just cuz you're flashing custom stuff!

ok i have a new problem it active sync well like disconnect when i try to install the software. it well get up to the muti colored screen or even the screen where the % bar comes up and the active sync well just disconnect. how do i fix that???!!!

It's supposed to do that. Just keep going and it will continue the flash process

I have a question about HardSPL...will this be like doing a hard reset on my phone? I mean am I gonna lose my data and all my settings. Also is this the link for the one I need to unlock my phone? (Tmobile tp2)

Psycho, it looks like the right one, but I'm on Sprint and have no clue about GSM stuff... sorry...

In looking at the instructions though, step nine says it won't HR. Maybe look at sashimi or backing up the red edits just in case, and backing up your PIM with MS Myphone. If your unlocking to flash custom ROMs your gonna lose everything anyway, may as well start the back up now!

vzw has 6.5 but as long as its stock i dont think it matters

Make search your friend here... we're all here to help, but if your spoon fed all the answers without reading and learning, you get nowhere. Read and search, then post questions. That thread is sticked in the upgrades forum, and should be well known prior to flashing for reasons like this, if you need to flash stock and relock for warranty purposes. good luck, let me know if you need anything else.
