Three way calling Touch Pro 2

Is the three way calling feature the same on the TP2 as the TP?
These are the steps I followed for my Tp:
1)I used to call the first person,
2)then press the call button again to place the first person on hold, dial the second number and hit call again and when the second person answered
3)I would hit the call button again to have all three people on the line. Is this the same for the TP2??

I believe those are the same instructions in the manual for the TP2

call some people and try it out.

lol...so did i, just incase could not remember....but if it worked on the TP it should be the same on the TP2...xing fingers...

With the TP2 isn't there supposed to be a way to "conference call"? I remember seeing some video where you could select the person you wanted linked in the call and then the phone would do its thing and connect everyone. I know how to do the regular 3-way calling, but wondered about this other feature.

Whatever happened to the manila application that was supposed to come out that had conferencing in it???
