Sense 2.5 All Programs Link

Here is what I was looking for and thought other people at the beginning of the thread wanted. When you click on an unused quicklink in Co0kies Home Tab and then programs, you get the list pictured. Is there a way to create a quicklink that just goes to this "All Programs" list every time? Or is there a way to link this All Programs menu to the Windows button instead? I guess the method mentioned above is similar, but includes settings and folders and would involve manually changing your start items around.

Wow, that's a productive comment! The idea is that you can see 30 programs in one screen, straight rows, with quick scroll capability versus 18 programs, stagered icons, with the standard Start menu poor scrolling.
