Want the screen to come on, when I slide the keyboard

Hello all,

I recently got a Touch Pro 2 on sprint, and have been reading a ton of posts here. I've installed several tweaks, and I really like it so far.

Now, I could be remembering wrong, but I could swear I remember the screen unlocking (turning on) when I would slide the keyboard out. I did a hard reset yesterday, before I installed a tweak package, and I can't figure out how to fix this issue. I looked in the contents of the tweaks, and I don't see what could of caused this issue.

Any ideas?

Well, with no tweaks sliding the keyboard open does turn the screen on unless that tweak was built into to the rom itself if you are running a custom rom.

I'm running the stock rom, I think I may just have to do a hard reset, and then do the tweaks one at a time, to see if I can figure out which one caused the issue.

Just do a hard reset with no tweaks. This should fix it. Its in one of the tweaks in the package. What tweaks pack is it?

Try this:

Make the following registry edit:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\KEYBD, then change the SlideWakeup value to 1

EDIT: Forgot to add, if the key doesn't exist, create it
