How to show geotagged photos in mobile maps without uploading online?

OK, I figured out how to read the GPS EXIF data on my GPS photos and I can see the Lat/Long stored.
Now how can I show those photos on Google Maps Mobile or Windows Live Mobile at the geotagged location *without* uploading them to a website? Ive searched, and it seems every solution I find involves an external web site. Id think there has to be something somewhere that could use the already existing GPS data on the photo and map it on one of those two programa.
