I think it says it is in the EVDO network, but it isn't. This page too about 45 seconds to load. 43 more than normal.

EDIT: Forgot to say it will connect to the "fast" network, but it doesn't last long. I have to keep the connection alive the whole time.

Did you try editing DNS on your network connection with google's public DNS?

FWIW, I did a had reset on my Sprint stock rom TP2 last night and it fixed the issue immediately.

It was the one solution I didn't want to use given the annoyance of resetting everything on my phone. But given that Sprint had ZERO explanation for what this happened, it seemed to ultimately be the only solution.

And so I am back on the mobile air.

Breathe.

Breathe in the air.

Don't be afraid to care.

Best,

Also FWIW, I tethered to my workstation mid-afternoon without using Google's Public DNS and internet is working fine. Seems like the issue may have gone away?

I'm running fine now also. I hard reset twice yesterday and it didnt help. I then went to the local sprint store and they couldnt firgure it out, so they ordered me another phone (remanufactured). So lastnight, just for giggles, I try the phone and its working fine, and has continued working fine. Problem solved, just wish it would have happened before I hard reset.

Have you been able to change the DNS settings as described earlier in the thread?
