Well you can use any picture file. You can browse the online catalog, there's some pretty good ones in there. But I usually use my own picture files.

I have been doing this, but I notice that the pictures appear to have to be stored in my phone My Documents/SPB Backgrounds. I would prefer to store them on my storage card. Does anyone know exactly how I can accomplish this?

From the home page (or whatever you call it in Mobile Shell)...
1: Hit the far bottom right soft key
2: Hit change background
3: Hit online catalog
4: Hit far bottom right soft key
5: Hit settings
5: Hit Store backgrounds at
6: Hit Storage Card
