Opera error tp2

Hi Guys,
I have a sprint touch pro 2 which has opera 9.5. I works perfectly while browsing and using the phone for other means but every night at about 1:59-2:00 PM opera gives an error. I am not able to write the exact error message now but its the classic wm error message that says encouraged an error and needs to close. the problem is that if I don't press the ok button for the error my battery drains.
