MMS / Axcess My Pics ???

I have a Touch Pro 2 with Verizon or Alltel or whatever they are being called these days. Let me be clear I can send and receive MMS just fine to and from any carrier BUT ALLTEL.

When an Alltel user trys to send me a picture, instead of it displaying the the MMS like any other time, it instead includes a link ""mymedia.axcess.net/photo"" and gives me a password to view the photo in a web browser.

I've already ruled out the possibility that the person might be sending the picture differently than others. In fact, I've had this happen when a smartphone ON THE SAME PLAN AS ME sent me a picture.

I guess what I'm asking is, if anyone else has experienced this problem, or is it specific to the TP2?

Verizon is shutting down the alltell funtion. go to your account and get the info for verizons. I dont use that anymore but I did get notified to make the switch
