Phone Canvas Cab????

Im looking for the phone canvas setup used in mighty's cdma rom and also i have seen it in mr x's rom... specifically im just looking to grab what i need to add the advanced options tab to the phone settings. Ive searched and there is older stuff that was developed for other devices.... but thats all i could find

... im looking to add the advanced tab to the phone options. gives the following

- send text when rejecting call
- vibrate on connect
- open notes when stylus is pulled out
- and yada....

that or the registry adds i need to enable this stuff?
