Ultra bricked tp2... Bootloader dead. Please help

It's not bricked, but won't be easy to fix. You need to re-flash via the radio's bootloader which is referred to as "download mode". there is no clear procedure to do this on the tp2 yet. If you want to pursue that route, ask cmonex/olipro or viperbjk for help.
